Get an email when a rent cap changes

Pick the places you rent in. When an official new figure is confirmed (a new annual cap, a new law, a court ruling), we send one short email with the figure, the dates and the official source. No newsletter, no ads.

What happens to your email

We send your email address and the places you picked to Kit (ConvertKit), our email provider, which emails you a link to confirm. We don't store it ourselves, and our analytics record only which places were picked, never your email. You can unsubscribe from any alert email, and ask us to delete your address by replying to one.

Alerts go out only after a person here has checked the official source and approved the email. We don’t send proposals as alerts unless they’re adopted; proposals appear on the news page marked “Not confirmed”.

Prefer a feed?

Every place has an Atom feed of its changes (no email needed). The all-places feed covers everything.
