Antioch's allowable rent increase drops to 2.04%

Antioch's rent program allows 60% of the CPI change: 2.04% (60% of 3.4%) for increases from Sept. 14 through Nov. 10, 2026, down from 2.28% for July 15 – Sept. 11. The city updates the figure about every two months.
