East Palo Alto's 2.0% rent adjustment takes effect July 1
East Palo Alto's Rent Stabilization Board authorized a 2.0% Annual General Adjustment for program year 2026–27 on April 8, 2026. From July 1, 2026 the Maximum Allowable Rent for regulated units may rise 2.0%. A history table in the same notice lists 2.2% for 2026–27; the notice text and the Attorney General's chart say 2.0%, which we use.
