Mobile Home Park Rent Review Committee
Scotts Valley has a Mobile Home Park Rent Review Committee that meets when a written petition for a rent adjustment is filed. We couldn't read the ordinance's current formula on an official city page, so we don't state a percentage here; ask the city.
